Nature Journaling
Nature journaling is the act of putting our observations on paper, through words, pictures and numbers. It can be made as simple or as complex as we want. It is great to employ the method which we are more inclined to use, but it can be great to switch it up. For example, if you are using words and are comfortable in that domain, try drawing a picture, and vice-versa!
